"Taco Mary" will screen at the East Lansing International Film Festival next weekend, October 23 and will compete in the Lake Michigan Film Competition. I unfortunately have to work otherwise I would be there!

And the film won a Festival Director's Choice Award at the Lady Filmmakers Fest!"Taco Mary" also screened at the Salento International Film Festival in Italy and at the Great Lakes International Film Festival where it was nominated for Best Spiritual/Religious/Christian film.

"The Elaborate Entrance of Chad Diety" opened this week at The Second Stage in NYC, starring "Taco Mary"'s Desmin Borges. The New York Daily News called Desmin "Irresistible" and gave the play 4 out of 5 stars. Congratulations, Desmin!

92Y Tribeca Cinema, 200 Hudson Street at 8:00 p.m. Producer Laurie Little and writer/director Mary Novak will attend--and hopefully lead actor Desmin Borges will attend as well!
